On a breezy April afternoon, Justin and Sarah eloped at the Portland, Maine City Hall. Lucky for them, the cherry blossoms were in bloom. From downtown Portland, we went straight to Two Lights State Park in Cape Elizabeth, so a wildly romantic cliffside session.
